ABOUT US
Crudo, recent winner of best casual dining in the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards, is a neighborhood seafood restaurant, inspired by Mediterranean fare and lifestyle. Combining traditional Italian cooking with modern flavours and a keen focus on local & sustainable seafood and produce.
Childhood friends Jamie McCarthy & Sean Crescenzi have expanded on the concept of accessible neighbourhood dining to offer something unique, taking inspiration from both of their backgrounds: Ireland & Italy.
Their dishes are fusions of Irish produce and Italian dishes, using only the freshest and finest ingredients (think Italy meets Ireland with aperitivo and antipasti vibes).
They take pride in sourcing their ingredients from local suppliers, supporting the community and promoting sustainable practices.
